Your Flyer will define your style as a company.  So it’s very important that it reflects your style accurately.  This questionnaire will help us get a better idea of what your style is and what message you want to convey with your flyer.  Please fill this questionnaire out as thoroughly as possible.  We’ve kept it short, so every question is important.  Without this information, we are just shooting arrows in the dark.  So please expand, expound, attach samples, draw sketches, or do anything else you can think of to convey your preliminary ideas to us.
