Refund & Cancellation
Refund of camp fee after cancellation of a booking for our campsite will be on the following basis, unless extra expenses incurred by the BGE:
Cancellation before 90 days will be eligible for full refund, unless mentioned otherwise.
Cancellation between 90 to 45 days before the commencement of the camp- Deduction will be 10% of the camp fee.
Cancellation between 44 to 31 days before the commencement of the camp– Deduction will be 20% of the camp fee.
Cancellation between 30 to 25 days before the commencement of the camp – Deduction will be 30% of the camp fee.
Cancellation between 24 to 16 days before the commencement of the camp – Deduction will be 40% of the camp fee.
Cancellation within 15-07 days before the commencement of the camp – Deduction will be 50% of the camp fee.
Cancellation within 07 days before the commencement of the camp – NO REFUND.
No Reduction in cost for services not used.
BGE hold the right to change any of the rules and regulations mentioned above, with or without prior notice.
