Angel healing Therapy is a non-denominational spiritual healing method that involves working with your guardian angels and archangels (kind of like the managers of the angel world). A particularly attune person can connect with angels through their own work. Others need a practitioner, who’ll use an angel card deck to give readings, and who can channel your angels and passed loved ones. (Note: You’ll definitely need to suspend your disbelief in order to partake.)

7 Forgiveness
Archangel Zadkiel represents forgiveness, freedom and mercy, and is traditionally associated with violet. Tap into his power to help you forgive yourself or another by.
- Closing your eyes, and asking him to help you forgive the person you’re angry with (or yourself).
- Imagine a violet flame of light – much bigger than yourself – forming right in front of you, and picture yourself walking into it.
- Say: ‘I am willing to forgive myself and release all the blame and guilt I’m carrying in my heart and soul into this violet flame to be cleansed and neutralized’.
- Alternatively, if there’s someone else you’re struggling to forgive, affirm: ‘I am willing to forgive (say their name) and release all anger, hatred, blame and judgement I carry in my heart and soul into this flame’.
- Follow this by stating: ‘The violet flame releases me from my pain’, and repeat this to yourself throughout the day to heal your old pain.
