Based on the information you have provided us, our security engineers will design a solution that is customized to both your facility and your goals. Our design staff specializes in determining the most effective security methods and systems to reach your objectives.
Coordinate
Once you have selected a security solution, Zinq will dedicate team members to the precise delivery of your custom designed system. Our certified security project managers will coordinate the installation and keep you informed during each step of the process.
Install
Experienced technicians will work tirelessly to ensure that your system is installed properly with your security objectives in mind. Our team members are thoroughly trained and are experts on not only the systems we install but also local codes, safety regulations and site rules.
Commission
The system will always be fully tested and documented prior to turning the system over to you. We will provide your staff with easy-to-understand training on the functionality and use of your system.
Monitor
We offer state-of-the-art UL-listed central station monitoring services to ensure timely response to alarm signals. Remote connectivity capability allows Zinqy to monitor the uptime and status of key components of your Access Control, Alarm, CCTV and other systems.
Manage
Zinq will save you money and time by managing your system needs, including software patches and updates, programming and reporting. We also offer a variety of system management service levels, ranging from periodic reporting to daily maintenance such as backups, user additions/deletions and video retrieval.
Service
In the event of an emergency, Zinq will continue to provide regular and emergency support after the installation. To ensure that your system provides you with years of reliable service, we can provide service contracts as well as preventative maintenance inspections.
