Why did ADI come into existence?

A prolonged fruitful stint in the film industry with an established star image, Ajay Devgn has in turn garnered a brand value. He has been an ambassador to various products and causes and realized that a capacity which has been created over the years can be leveraged to a business which is of interest to him and be of growth and learning at the same time.

Ajay has been dabbling with the idea of diversification beyond the film industry and real estate came as an obvious choice as he has himself studied the sector every time that he considered investment. An interest in Real Estate and the need to create a branded segment in this sector had given impetus to ADI coming into existence. It was a thought that was born ten years back but it required nurturing and above all expertise not only to conceive but also market the product well.

With a sound backing from ROHA Infra, Ajay floated this fledgling entrant into the real estate sector under brand Ajay Devgn Infrastructure, fondly referred to as ADI.

Any idea that merits execution from its slate stage requires like-minded people to come together. While Ajay Devgn contemplated on the concept of branded spaces, Mr. Amit Sharma provided the blue print for execution.

Ajay felt that real estate as a market is a very fragmented one and with most of its offerings being lost in the clutter of construction. Through his 21 year stint in the film industry with noteworthy accolades and power house performances, Ajay has managed to create his own brand value which he wanted to extend to this green field project.
