Quality control in construction is a major focus of Roha Infra, the metro's leading builder of luxury homes and commercial offices. To ensure that the company is meeting the expectations of today's buyers in providing a quality product, Roha Infra offers its buyers a unique and comprehensive two-step pre-settlement orientation program.

The first detailed orientation takes place five to seven days before settlement. The buyer walks through the home/ office with the construction manager, using Roha Infra' item checklist as a guide. The following week, fine-tuning and touch up work is done where necessary and the buyer is invited back for a second review. All items checked on the list, are reviewed to determine that they were taken care of to the satisfaction of both the buyer and the builder.

Roha Infra' commitment however, does not end at settlement. Buyers are provided with a warranty request form at settlement to ensure that any future warranty work is noted and corrected. Roha Infra also surveys buyers after they move into their new home, using the information generated from the surveys for future design modification of the company's home designs and options. The results speak for themselves. Overall customer satisfaction ratings exceed 95%.
